Describe what to look for, like price requests, a competitor's name or a promised demo. Pulse checks the chats you pick daily or weekly and sends the findings to WhatsApp or email, each with the message behind it. Alerts cover the urgent cases as they happen: slow replies, keywords and your own rules.

Questions about Jobs
What are Querygen Jobs?+
Automation rules that run on your conversations. Each job has a trigger, a condition written in plain English and one or more actions, such as adding a row to Google Sheets or calling a webhook. You build them on a visual canvas.
What can trigger a job?+
A new message in a chat or group, a file or photo, a schedule, an alert, or a manual run.
How do job conditions work?+
You write the rule the way you'd say it, such as “only if it's a business card” or “only if the budget is over $50,000”. The AI checks each message against it before the job continues. No code or regex is needed.
Where can a job send data?+
To Google Sheets, Supabase or any webhook, as a notification on WhatsApp or email, or back into Querygen as a label, task or lead.
What information can Jobs pull out?+
Structured fields from text, photos, voice notes and documents: contact details from a business card photo, the amount and category from a receipt, or trip details from a driver's update in a WhatsApp group.
Do Jobs work in WhatsApp groups?+
Yes. Jobs work in the groups your team already uses, such as driver, site or staff groups. Each update becomes a record without anyone changing how they send messages.
What is Pulse?+
A scheduled check of the chats you choose. You describe what to look for, and Pulse sends the findings daily or weekly to WhatsApp or email, each linked to the conversation behind it.
How are Jobs priced?+
Jobs are included on the Team plan, from ₹4,999 + GST or $49 a month with 4,999 credits, and each completed automation, such as a job writing a row to a sheet, uses one credit.
