What is a credit?
One credit pays for one completed Querygen automation. That can be an automated answer, routing a lead, updating a system, or another task Querygen completes for you.
How are WABA messages billed?
Meta's WABA delivery fee is billed separately at cost. An automated answer produced by Querygen uses 1 credit, even when it appears as multiple message bubbles. A delivery-only WABA send does not use a Querygen credit.
How are Instagram messages billed?
Incoming Instagram messages and replies written by your team are included. An automated Instagram answer uses 1 credit, even when it appears as multiple message bubbles.
Do incoming messages or human replies use credits?
No. Incoming messages are free, and replies written by your team in the inbox do not use Querygen credits. Meta delivery fees can still apply on WABA.
Do attributes and events use credits?
No. Creating, storing, and using customer attributes and events is included. They help Querygen understand what is true about a buyer and what has happened, without consuming credits on their own.
What happens if I use more than my monthly credits?
Querygen keeps your automations running and bills additional usage at the same per-credit rate. You do not need to stop and buy a separate top-up.
Are features or teammates limited by my plan?
No. Every feature and unlimited teammates are included. Your monthly allowance only determines how many completed automations are covered.
How does the trial work?
Choose a monthly credit allowance, add a card, and use Querygen for seven days. Your selected plan begins after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Querygen works with the WhatsApp setup your team already uses, without requiring Meta approval or a separate API number.
