What happens when I use all 9,900 credits?
Querygen keeps working. Extra credits are billed automatically at the same rate: $0.01 or ₹1 per credit. There is no upgrade tier and no manual top-up.
Why is a card required for the trial?
The card activates your workspace and lets service continue after the seven-day trial. You are not charged when you add it. Monthly billing starts on day 8 unless you cancel.
How does Querygen connect to Instagram?
An administrator connects an Instagram professional account using Instagram Login. Querygen can then respond to comments, stories, and direct messages using Meta's official Instagram API.
Do I need the Official WhatsApp Business API?
No. You can connect the personal WhatsApp setup your team already uses. If you use the Official Business API, Meta charges its own delivery fees separately.
How many WhatsApp numbers are included?
The plan includes one personal WhatsApp number. Extra personal numbers cost $30 or ₹3,000 per month each. Official WhatsApp Business API numbers have no extra Querygen platform fee.
