Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by Querygen, including account details, customer interaction data, Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform data, Google integration data, usage logs, and support records associated with your account or organization.

If you connected Querygen through Meta Embedded Signup or Facebook Login for Business, deletion may cover Meta Business identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, display phone numbers, access or business tokens, webhook events, message metadata, message content, media, template information, and related configuration stored by Querygen.

Email vishnu@querygen.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address used for Querygen, your organization or business name, and any relevant identifiers that help us locate the data, such as the WhatsApp phone number, WABA ID, phone number ID, or Meta Business ID if known.

We verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the account or business assets involved. After verification, we delete or de-identify applicable personal data, connected-account credentials, access tokens, Meta and WhatsApp integration records, message content, media, and related records where deletion is required and technically feasible.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies in backups may remain until overwritten through our normal backup lifecycle, but are isolated from active systems and are not used for product operations.

We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit retention to the minimum data necessary for those purposes.
