Querygen processes and stores the content of conversations between you and your customers, including any data exchanged during these interactions.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Querygen, ensuring that it meets your needs.
We may use your contact information to send you important updates, support, and administrative messages related to your use of Querygen.
Usage data is analyzed to understand how Querygen is used and to improve its performance and features.
When you connect Google Sheets through the Flows feature, Querygen requests access to your Google Sheets data using the Google Sheets API. This includes the ability to read and write spreadsheet content, structure, and metadata for the specific sheets you choose to connect.
Querygen uses your Google Sheets data solely to power the Flows feature, which allows you to sync leads, customer interactions, and conversation data from WhatsApp into your Google Sheets. We only access sheets you explicitly connect and only perform read/write operations necessary to deliver this functionality.
Google Sheets data processed through the Flows feature is used in transit to perform the sync operations you configure. We do not share your Google Sheets data with third parties. We do not use your Google Sheets data for advertising, training models, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Flows feature.
You can revoke Querygen's access to your Google Sheets at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Querygen from the list of connected apps.
Querygen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review this policy at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
When you connect Querygen through Meta Embedded Signup or Facebook Login for Business, we may receive and store Meta Business identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, display phone numbers, verified business names, access or business tokens, webhook events, message metadata, message content, media, customer phone numbers, template information, and related account configuration needed to provide WhatsApp Business Platform features.
We use Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform data only to provide and maintain the Querygen features you request, including WhatsApp Business setup, inbox, replies, templates, automations, analytics, support, webhook processing, and account troubleshooting.
We do not sell Meta or WhatsApp Platform Data. We do not use it for third-party advertising, unrelated profiling, surveillance, or training general-purpose AI models. Where we use subprocessors to operate Querygen, they process this data only on our behalf and under confidentiality and security obligations.
You can revoke Querygen's access to Meta or WhatsApp assets from your Meta Business settings or by disconnecting the integration in Querygen where available. You may also request deletion using the process described below or at https://querygen.ai/data-deletion.
We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating Querygen, such as hosting, storage, analytics, communications, support, payment, and AI processing providers, under confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information, customer interaction data, and connected-platform data for as long as necessary to provide Querygen to you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Access tokens and connected-account credentials are retained only while the integration is active or as otherwise required for security, legal, or operational reasons. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify applicable data within 30 days after verifying the request, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information. You may also request the restriction of processing or object to certain processing activities.
