01Connect

Paste one URL. Sign in. Pick a workspace.

No keys to copy. You sign in with your Querygen account and choose the workspace the assistant can use.

    Web, desktop and mobile

    1. 1Open Settings, then Connectors, and click Add custom connector.
    2. 2Name it Querygen and paste the URL. Leave the client ID and secret empty.
    3. 3Click Connect, sign in to Querygen, pick a workspace and click Approve.

    In your terminal

    claude mcp add --transport http querygen https://app.querygen.ai/mcp
    1. 1Run the command above.
    2. 2Type /mcp, choose querygen and pick Authenticate.
    3. 3Sign in and approve in the browser.

It sees what you see. Nothing more.

Claude asks before it uses a tool unless you allow it every time. Keep the sending tools on ask, and read who the message goes to before you approve.

Your role, every request
The assistant works as you. Members see only their own chats and leads. A role change applies at once.
One workspace
Each connection works only in the workspace you approved when you signed in.
Access ends with membership
Remove someone from the workspace and their connections stop working immediately.
Send limits
Customer messages and events are capped at 30 every 15 minutes, per person, per workspace.
Every change logged
Each change records the tool, who ran it, the app it came from, the result and the time.

Questions about MCP

What is MCP?+

The Model Context Protocol is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other apps. The Querygen MCP server lets an assistant read your chats and update your workspace.

Which AI assistants work with it?+

Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and other apps that support MCP with sign-in. Some Claude and ChatGPT plans limit custom connectors.

What can the assistant see?+

What your Querygen role can see, in the one workspace you approved. Members see only their own conversations and leads.

Can it message my customers?+

Yes, from your connected WhatsApp number or Instagram account, within the send limit. Claude asks before it uses a tool unless you chose to always allow it. Keep the sending tools on ask.

Can it create or launch campaigns?+

No. It reports on campaigns and journeys, but it can't create, start or pause them.

How do I disconnect?+

Remove the Querygen connector in your assistant's settings. In Claude Code, run claude mcp remove querygen.

Is there a WhatsApp version?+

Yes. Que is the Querygen agent on WhatsApp, with the same tools and the same permissions.
